The EU and EU countries share competences in this area, but it\u2019s up to each EU country to take the final decision on individual migrant applications. In areas where no EU rules have been adopted, EU countries can also set the conditions on obtaining residence and work permits in their country.\u3000You should always apply for a visa or\u00a0<strong>residence permit directly from the authorities of the EU country you plan to move to<\/strong>. <strong><em>There\u2019s no EU institution that handles applications or issues visas or residence permits on behalf of individual countries.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u5f15\u7528\u5143<strong>(Immigration to the European Countries)<\/strong><a Worker\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u6700\u7d42\u671f\u306b\u52b4\u50cd\u8a31\u53ef\u3092\u5f97\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3067\u30e8\u30fc\u30ed\u30c3\u30d1\u79fb\u4f4f\u3092\u8003\u3048\u308b\u306e\u306a\u3089\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u3067\u306a\u3044\u9650\u308a\u3001\u99d0\u5728\u54e1\u53c8\u306fHighly Qualified Worker\u306e\u4e8c\u629e\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3000\uff08\u73fe\u5730\u4f01\u696d\u3092\u9664\u304f\uff09<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u3055\u3089\u306b<strong>\u6c38\u4f4f\u6a29<\/strong>\u306e\u7372\u5f97\u3068\u306a\u308b\u3068\u3001\uff15\u5e74\u9593\u306e\u5408\u6cd5\u6ede\u5728\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u306a\u305f\u3081\u3001Highly Qualified Worker\u306e\u4e00\u629e\u3068\u306a\u308b\u304b\u3068\u5b58\u3058\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>\u3055\u3066\u3001Highly Qualified Worker\u3000\u3068\u306f\uff1f<\/strong>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3001EU immigration portal \u5f15\u7528\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individuals with a work contract to work in the EU and with proof of a higher professional qualification or equivalent experience<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Who is a highly-qualified worker under the EU Blue Card Directive?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\"><strong>You are considered a highly-qualified worker if you have a work contract (or a binding job offer) of at least one year, and if you meet the conditions listed
